The INSPIRE Conference 2012 will take place from 23rd to 27th June 2012 in Istanbul, Turkey.

The conference goal is to observe the main changes in the European policy landscape for sharing environmental information with the introduction of the INSPIRE Directive 2007/2. The conference theme is "Sharing environmental information, sharing innovation".

Planetek Italia will contribute, in cooperation with JRC and lat/lon, with a speech (monday 25th) on the progress status and first results of the project for the development of the new European INSPIRE Geoportal for the nvironmental data in Europe (read more about the project).
